The Wine & Cheese Gallery offers wine tasting courses throughout the year. These are fun for both the academic and the taster! Usually they are held on Wednesday nights in 6 courses. Bunky likes to concentrate on a specific varietal or an area..so each section is a new learning experience! You can register through Santa Fe Community College's continuing education department.

We also cohost the huge WUFT-FM wine tasting at the Reitz Union! This is a yearly event that benefits Public radio in North Florida. There is always a great turn out; with outstanding wines to sample, live music and a silent auction!

Thank you to everyone who made the Celebration a success. It was a lot of fun and great to see old & new friends. Hopefully we will meet again next year.

To go to any tasing or dinner pre-payment is required to save a space. Call (352) 372-8446 to reserve your seat. The events are filled on a first come first served basis so as soon as you are sure please call. A waiting list will be taken for some events if the event is filled early.

FRIDAY, SEPT 3rd- FIVE ZINS (3 SINGLE-VINEYARD CLINE ESTATES)
Hey, This should be fun- 5 different Zinfandels- 3 Single Vineyards, Ancient Vines, and a California Zin, all by the same winery and winemaker at Cline Winery. some should be 'bruisers' and some far more balanced and fruit-forward. Our fun-"arrive-when-you-want" format and we'll get it ready. taste the 5 wines at your own pace and start-time....a perfect Happy Hour or pre-dinner tasting event. $10 in advance/ $12 at the door (if space remains) Small cheee plate included. Start at your leisure between 6:00 & 7:30pm. Reserve.

What a beautiful area (la bella Vista) and a beautiful collection of wines spanning the area. Taste: Ciacci Piccolomino, Barbi brunello di montalcino, Prima Voce IGT, Castello banfi Centine, Occhio A Vento Vermentino, Lodolaio reserva Vescine, Morellino di Scansano and more-
Appropriate cheeses as well- fun, educational, and YUMMY- $25 person. RESERVATIONS ONLY / LIMITED SEATING

Proving once again that a little education can be fun, filling, and a good way to spend a early evening. A collection of unique micro-brews and stylistic beers and ales along with 'chow' from the grill and beer munchies highlight the late afternoon. $20 inclusive. Another "start when you want" Friday tasting event; so call ahead to secure your spot. Begin between 6 & 7:30pm, sample a small plate of cheeses to go with 3 Petite and 3 Syrahs including Mettler, Chalone, Terraces, and three others. A simply "GREAT" format to start the evening- pretty cheap for what your getting , in fact. $11 in advance/ $12 at the door (if spots remain)
